In 2024 Hopes Hill is excited to announce a new project bringing quality education to the children of Kenya. Once again working with our proven partners at Lead Mission, we will work towards breaking down the barriers and ensure that every child in Kenya has the opportunity to learn and thrive.
LEAD Training Institute
LEAD Mission is passionate about building effective leaders and transforming their communities and spheres of influence. This starts by identifying the need for change and equipping people to make the change necessary to reach a common goal.
At LEAD Training Institute we offer various accredited short courses, focusing on both personal growth and development, and organizational leadership.
LEAD Academy
LEAD Academy provides holistic, quality education for children ages 3-8 from the catchment area. LEAD Academy is a viable preference for the employment of trained and certified teachers. A workplace where regular in-service training is held during the holiday periods. A workplace providing opportunities for teaching students to implement their skills in a professional manner, by providing quality teaching for effective holistic learning.
LEAD Event Centre
The LEAD Event Centre is a world-class conference facility offering the perfect environment for learning and networking.
Delivering versatile spaces, the LEAD Event Centre will provide an environment that facilitates collaboration and innovation; a community resource for relaxation and rejuvenation, ensuring visitors and guests leave feeling inspired, refreshed, and well equipped.

At Hopes Hill we heard the voices of children living in the Kisumu East and West Sub Counties, a malaria red zone where the disease kills one child every minute.
We prioritize the promotion of health literacy, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
We believe quality education plays a crucial role in addressing the root causes of disease and poverty in low and middle-income countries, bridging the gap, and promoting lifelong learning, innovation, and resilience in the face of challenges.
Many charitable organizations and community initiatives are hindered by ineffective partnerships. Consequently, many fail before realising their vision and the fullness of their potential.
