At Hopes Hill we heard the voices of children living in the Kisumu East and West Sub Counties, a malaria red zone where the disease kills one child every minute.
We prioritize the promotion of health literacy, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
We believe quality education plays a crucial role in addressing the root causes of disease and poverty in low and middle-income countries, bridging the gap, and promoting lifelong learning, innovation, and resilience in the face of challenges.
Many charitable organizations and community initiatives are hindered by ineffective partnerships. Consequently, many fail before realising their vision and the fullness of their potential. By working alongside our proven partners at Lead Mission, we are helping save lives and build a healthier future for the people of Kenya for generations to come.
Nets For Nights
Hopes Hill Australia has joined the fight to end malaria by partnering with a local organisation in Kisumu, Kenya. Since 2020, the partnership with Lead Mission continues to provide valuable funds to purchase Insecticide Treated Bed Nets (LLINets). Our Community Health volunteers provide education regarding the deadly nature of malaria and how it can be prevented using an insecticide treated bed net.

In 2024 Hopes Hill is excited to announce a new project bringing quality education to the children of Kenya. Once again working with our proven partners at Lead Mission, we will work towards breaking down the barriers and ensure that every child in Kenya has the opportunity to learn and thrive.

Hopes Hill is a grassroots effort. By partnering with Lead Mission we continue to deliver hope to the children of Kenya. We are a small group of ordinary Australians joining the global effort to end malaria, and break down educational barriers faced by children in low and middle-income countries.
